  I love to go to Phyl's either for their all day breakfast or even for a bit of "me" time for a coffee and a book. The staff is always very nice, even when they're busy.
  It is so difficult to find the diner type atmosphere with home style meals instead of the pub or chain type restaurant, I really like that about Phyl's. There is a homey warmth to the restaurant.
  I would have given 5 stars except the steak and eggs, which is my husband's favourite, was supposed to be raw instead was an overcooked thin cutlet that looked like a slice of liver, not anything like steak.
  Aside from the steak you won't be disappointed.

  Had a really hearty big breakfast  .
    It is more than just a Diner .  The food is very good.   I will go again.  For an entree    but yes I recommend  this place for a  good breakfast at a fair place.

  Wife and I went there Saturday this place is closed out of business they moved to Niagara Falls

  Just had a meal here with my wife and in-laws. We were very happy with it. Decent greasy spoon breakfast at an affordable price. The staff were friendly and the portions were ample. We'll definitely be back.

  This is a cute and cheap breakfast diner with big portions. The value for the sizes is fantastic. I love coming here with my family for casual Sunday brunch. Service is great, food is delicious. Don't expect fine dining though. Very casual retro diner experience. Family friendly
